Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of region original revenue, general fund allocation, specific fund allocation, remaining budget financing, and economic growth to capital expenditure.The population in this study were 35 regencies and cities in Central Java for periods of 2014-2016 and . The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the document of Badan Pusat Statistik of Central Java Province and the budget realization report. The analytical method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of study indicate that regional original revenue, general fund allocation and specific fund allocation influence capital expenditure; the remaining budget financing and economic growth have no effect on capital expenditure.
