Abstract

Tri Kusuma Ningtyas/A210140128 FULL DAYPOLICY IMPLEMENTATION OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN SCHOOL STUDENTS COMPETENCE OF ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN SMK N 3 SUKOHARJO 2018-2019 ACADEMICYEAR.Essay. Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Muhammadiyah University Surakarta. May, 2019 The Purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of a full day school policy on the social development of students at Sukoharjo Vocational High School 3. This type of research is qualitative research that uses a cultural approach (ethnography). Techniques for collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data is done by source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis techniques by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that (1) teachers can develop curriculum to develop appropriate strategies in learning, (2) education management needs to be managed properly, (3) facilities and infrastructure that need improvement, (4) teacher human resources can enrich knowledge, skills, teachers can use learning methods that make students not bored, (5) principal funding can manage finances well, (6) family, parents can supervise children while at home, (7) maturity, children when having problems can solve it themselves, (8) socio-economic status, children when friends do not choose friends, (9) mental capacity, children when having problems do not overly emotionally resolve them properly.
