Abstract

The performance assessment is aimed at managing HR and increasing the success of these UMKM in increasing competitiveness of other UMKM and the like. To achieve this goal, factors and sub-factors need to be considered as well as what aspects are used as performance evaluations for weaving craftsmen. Since UMKM have been established, there has never been a standard performance assessment, so an objective assessment needs to be carried out by involving the managers, coworkers and craftsmen themselves so that the assessment is more valid because it is carried out by more than one person. Based on the description above, the researcher wants to examine more deeply the priority factors related to the performance of the goyor weaving UMKM craftsmen and the performance appraisal of the goyor weaving craftsmen using the 360 degree feedback and AHP methods. From the results of weighting with AHP the priority factor is the technical skills of craftsmen. After integrase the assessment of the gap value gap can be eliminated which previously there are some that have a gap value. From the results of the assessment, there were five members of weaving craftsmen who scored 2 (short of), 26 members of the craftsman got a score of 3 (effective) and nine members of the craftsman got a score of 4 (very effective).
