Abstract

Research It aims to describe the management of the Special Talent Class Sport In SMA 1 Wonogiri, to be a reference and action taken and policies so that it can run properly and perform in accordance with the vision and mission of the School. Technical This research is qualitative descriptive, Model analysis used in this study is the interactive component analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. The results showed the findings of the various barriers among other things: (1) The process of recruitment of students BIO SMA 1 Wonogiri carried out separately and earlier than PPDB regular, (2) Implementation of Teaching and Learning in Class Talent Outstanding Sports do with enrichment and acceleration, (3) magement personalian which include personnel management is made with independent management structures outside the regular classroom structure.
