Abstract

Murabahah financing is an item sale and purchase transaction where the seller states the acquisition price to the buyer and the buyer pays the seller the acquisition price plus the agreed margin. There is also the possibility that the implementation of the murabahah financing agreement found obstacles and obstacles faced by the Bank and the debtor in particular in this case the researcher will examine the implementation of the murabahah financing agreement at BMT Al-Karomah. Based on the above problems, BMT Al-Karomah has conducted research, whether the implementation of the murabahah financing agreement at BMT Al Karomah is in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 concerning Murabahah Financing and solving problems related to the implementation of the murabahah financing agreement at BMT Al-Karomah. In this study the author uses an empirical approach to the type of qualitative research. In this study the author took the location at BMT Al-Karomah. The data collection method used in this study is through observation and interviews. Data analysis is done qualitatively in the form of data in the form of words or sentences. The method of data analysis is done using deductive logic. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of the murabahah financing agreement at BMT Al Karomah is in accordance with the provisions of the pillar and murabahah and in accordance with the provisions of the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 concerning murabahah financing and prioritizing considerations. Resolved a problem related to the implementation of the murabahah financing contract at BMT Al-Karomah in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 04 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 concerning murabahah financing.
