Abstract
The current level of satisfaction of an audience can be measured using new media technology or internet media. The emergence of the internet as a new media and social media is very influential for audiences, especially football lovers, especially football fans (Pasoepati and Surakartans) in the field of mass media. A media is considered trying to meet the needs of the audience. If the needs are met, satisfaction in using the media can be fulfilled so that the media that is able to meet the needs of the audience is called effective media. However, the basic concept of this theory assumes that audiences are considered active in using media. One of the online media sites engaged in sports, especially football, namely Persis-solo.id. This site is the official club website for Persis Solo. This study uses the Uses and Gratifications theory of one type of quantitative research, the core of which is the audience using mass media based on certain motives. The method of this research is survey research method with 100 respondents. This research was conducted to find out how much the level of satisfaction and whether there is a balance of satisfaction of the audience before and after accessing the site. The data analysis uses Discrepancy Analysis. After conducting cross tabulation data analysis and Discrepancy Analysis, it will be known whether this study shows the satisfaction gap in the media website. The results of this study indicate that this media satisfaction gap is in the high category, because the level of satisfaction of media satisfaction is high or almost all types of needs from the Persis-solo.id website can be fulfilled and there are no types of needs from the website. Persis-solo.id which cannot be fulfilled. In this study the use of media does not affect the results of one's satisfaction in consuming a media.
