Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of local revenue and financial performance on regional economic growth with capital expenditure as an intervening variable in the District / City of Central Java Province in 2014-2016. The method of this research is a qualitative descriptive method with a population of district governments and city governments in Central Java 2014-2016. The sampling technique used in this study was the Pusposive Sampling method. The test results show: Regional Original Revenue directly has a positive effect on regional economic growth while regional independence directly does not affect regional economic growth, and capital expenditure is unable to mediate the influence of local revenue and financial performance on economic growth.
