Abstract

The contruction of narcotic prisobers is very complicated. There are many thing that is involved in narcotic crime, there are narcotic distributors and consumers, moreover they become both of them at once. Because of it, the construction of narcotic prisoner is more difficult than the other contruction of prisoners, the supervision. Because of this, the prison officers must have the right construction strategy for the prissoners. Without the prison officers and the role of societres in prisoner contruction in society system, then society system’s goal will not be reached. It is needed to apply and to be functioned was by applying the step of prisoner narcotic.
