Abstract
Diseases that can occur anywhere that exist The problem is one part of the body that causes the body to not work normally. Concomitant diseases in pregnant women can be transferred during childbirth, this is due to pre-eclampsia. The purpose of this study was to study maternal comorbidities and childbirth care at Pandan Arang Hospital Boyolali. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative, collecting data with a checklist containing old respondents, pregnancy disease and delivery management. The sampling technique is purposive sampling from 2016-2018. The results of 358 respondents who had comorbidities with pregnant women who suffered from hypertension were 280 cases (53.3%) where not only one respondent had a concomitant disease but two to three respondents who had comorbidities, the participants who experienced the most were 20- 35 years is 260 (69.3%), and the characteristics of labor delivery are mostly equal to 210 actions (58.6%). Suggestions for future researchers need to be carried out further research by looking at the gravida status so that it is easier to find out about the comorbidities of pregnant women. With the addition of gravida status during pregnancy it is hoped that researchers can more easily find out whether the mother is pregnant a few times or not. Keywords: pregnant women, co-morbidities, handling labor
