The collected data were analyzed by using qualitative data analysis technique which isconsidered ascritical analysis technique. The research findings show that there is improvement on the student’s activity in learning mathematics. It can be seen from each of the following indicators. They are (1) four (14,28%) students actively analyze the problem before the action while twenty three students (82,14%)actively analyze the problem after the action; (2) six students (21,42%) actively respond to the teacher’s questions before the action while twenty five students (89,29%)actively respond to the teacher’s questions after the action; (3) five students(17,85%) are involved in a group work before the action while twenty two students (78,57%)are involved in a group work after the action; (4) six students(21,42%)actively ask the teacher about the things they do not know before the action while twenty four students (85,71%)actively ask the teacher about the things they do not know after the action
