Abstract
This study aims to analyzes and describes: 1) teacher leadership individually in facing curriculum changes, 2) teacher leadership teamly in facing curriculum changes, 3) teacher leadership organizationally in facing curriculum changes in SMA N 1 Jatinom Klaten. This research is a qualitative research with ethnographic design. Data is collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity through source and method triangulation. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis models. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Characteristics of teacher leadership individually in facing curriculum changes in SMA N 1 Jatinom Klaten are teachers ready in the implementation of the curriculum, teachers have strong motivation to implement curriculum changes, The teacher able to effectively manage the class and resources that the school has, and teachers as facilitators of the implementation of the curriculum to create the environment and seek learning resources that can improve the quality of student learning achievement. 2) The characteristics of teacher leadership in a team facing curriculum changes in SMA N 1 Jatinom Klaten, are teachers mutually collaborating to understand curriculum changes share knowledge and understanding of curriculum changes, teachers agree together to face and implement curriculum changes as the responsibility of the teaching profession, teachers give encouragement and encouragement to each other, and open communication with teachers in their own schools and other schools to exchange ideas. 3) Characteristics of teacher leadership organizationally facing curriculum changes in SMA N 1 Jatinom Klaten are the teacher supports the policy of implementing curriculum in schools as implementers and participatory curriculum, The teacher supports the leadership of the principal as an influencer in the implementation of the curriculum, and collaborate with parents and communities regarding curriculum socialization.
