Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership and work discipline. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling. The subjects in this study were employees at PT GWT karanganyar. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection tool used in this study is the scale of leadership and the scale of work discipline. Data analysis using product moment correlation technique from Perason. The results showed that the correlation coefficient (rxy) = 0.062 with (sig.) = 0.270 (p 5 0.05) which means there is no relationship between leadership and work discipline on PT GWT employees, but there is effective contribution of leadership to work discipline 0,038%. The leadership variable has an empirical mean (RE) of 109.2 so it has a relatively good category, while the work discipline variable has a high empirical (RE) average.
