Abstract
Therapy for hypertension in pregnant women requires special attention because some drugs can cause malformations in the fetus, in previous studies regarding the evaluation of the accuracy of hypertension drugs used in pregnant women encountered drug inaccuracies and inaccuracy dosages and in studies of effectiveness, the effectiveness of hypertension therapy was still low. The purpose of this study was to determine therapeutic demographics, the accuracy of therapy to the effectiveness of hypertension therapy in pregnant women with preeclampsia / eclampsiaThis study was conducted using an observational method with retrospective data collection using purposive sampling that is fulfilling the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria and analyzed descriptively. Data in the form of medical records of pregnant women patients on RST dr. Soedjono Magelang January 2017 until June 2018 and analyzed based on Hospital Treatment Standards and Queensland Clinical Guidelines - (Hypertensive Disorder of Pregnancy) 2015. Researcher gets 77 samples with 75 patient diagnosed preeclampsia 2 patient eclampsia and 37 patient get hypertension drug. Hypertension drugs were nifedipine (72%), methyldopa (3%), a combination of nifedipine with amlodipine (16%), a combination of nifedipine with methyldopa (3%), a combination of nifedipine with nicardipine (3%), and combination of nifedipine with nicardipine and amlodipine (5%). From this study the results of the accuracy analysis were obtained: the exact criteria of the indications (100%), the exact criteria of the patients (100%), the exact criteria of the drug (81%), the exact criteria of the dose (82%) and the effectiveness of therapy achieved (67%).
