Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of learning typology and student learning difficulties on student learning outcomes in the tax and tax law courses. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of the 2016 Education Study Program FKIP-UMS, amounting to 280 people. Samples were taken as many as 56 (20%) of students with Random Skill technique. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis, F test, R2 test, and t test. The results showed that: (1) Typology of learning has a positive effect on student learning outcomes; (2) Learning difficulties negatively affect learning outcomes; (3) Typology of learning and learning difficulties together have a positive effect on student learning outcomes. The appropriate typology of learning and low learning difficulties, the student learning outcomes will increase.
