Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the influence of pedagogic competence and personality competencies on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Kedawung District 2) to determine the effective contribution of pedagogic competence and personality competencies to the performance of kindergarten teachers 3) to determine the relative contribution of pedagogical competence and personality competence to teacher performance Kindergarten. This type of research includes quantitative research. The population is 120 kindergarten teachers and a sample of 55 teachers is obtained. The data collection techniques of pedagogic competence and personality competence on the performance of kindergarten teachers use questionnaire filling with multiple linear regression test analysis techniques. Obtaining results 1) pedagogic competence on teacher performance with probability = 0.001 <0.05, so there is a significant effect on teacher performance, and personality competency on teacher performance results obtained 0.019 probability <0.05 there is a significant effect on TK 2 teacher performance) effective contributions obtained results 35.68, 3) relative contributions obtained results 99.94.
