Abstract
spasticityis one manifestation of cerebral palsy, spasticity cases were mostly found in children is on the gastrocnemius area, giving rise to spasticity in spastic type diplegi plantar flection in the region of the ankle. Then, need stimulation Vibration Stimulation (VS) in the tibialis anterior muscle. Vibration Stimulation (VS) technique that utilizes vibration modality useful for the treatment of motor disorders. Vibration effect will stimulate muscle spindles and alpha motoneurons, where it will have an impact on the performance of neuromuscular, which raisesTonic Vibration Reflex (TVR) in the tibialis anterior muscle and occurs on the gastrocnemius muscle spasticity control are dangan dorsal flection movement in the ankle region. The movement will draw the pattern of spasticity is happening and will have an impact onimproving mobility in children cerebral palsy, and increased mobility will benefit the stability of the ankle region in preparation for walking exercise, besidesthe increasing mobility in the ankle region will keep the network conditions musculosceletal on cerebral palsy children so as not to appear other problems such as spasms, contractures and others. This study dilakuakan on 10 respondents, using methods quasi-experimental with one group pretest and posttest design, given Vibration Stimulation on Muscle tibialis anterior, Mechanical sampling using purposive sampling technique. From the test results with the Wilcoxon test, showed the value of z = - 2762 with a p-value 0.006> 0.05. There was a significant influence on the administration of vibration stimulation to the anterior tibialis muscle control gastrocnemius muscle spasticity cerebral palsy children diplegi in the region of the ankle.
