Abstract
Monetary policy is a policy taken by the monetary authority in influencing the economy. How monetary policy affects the economy can be seen through a mechanism called the monetary policy transmission mechanism consisting of several transmission lines. This study aims to see how the Transmission mechanism that occurred in Indonesia through the exchange rate channel during the period 2003-2017.The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The variables used for the exchange rate path consist of money supply, interest rates, exchange rates, net exports, and gross domestic product. The Ordinary Least Square (OLS) equation system is used in this study.
