Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of government spending in several sectors (agriculture, infrastructure) and the inflation rate on Indonesia's economic growth in the last 30 years. The dependent variable in the study is economic growth. However, the independent variables include: government spending on the agricultural sector, infrastructure expenditure and inflation. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data in this study uses Indonesian secondary data from 1987 to 2017. The analysis technique in this study uses serial data analysis with OLS (Ordinary Least Square) analysis model. The results of the study show that: (1) the variable government expenditure on the agricultural sector has a negative effect on economic growth of -1.008481 and is not significant. (2) government expenditure variables in the infrastructure sector have a positive effect on economic growth of 0.400485 but are not significant. And (3) the inflation variable has a negative effect on economic growth of -0.275017 and is significant. Keywords : Economic Growth, Government Spending, Agriculture, Infrastructure, The Inflation, OLS (Ordinary Least Square).
