Abstract

This research aims to analyze ICOR releted to economic growth in Indonesia. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series from period 2000-2017. Data obtained is sourced from BPS (Central Bereau of Statistics) and other website sources. The reseach uses the Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) method used for the assessment of efficiency levels. Based on the result of ICOR in Indonesia from period 2000-2017 it shows efficient result in the use of output (investment) in Indonesia. The result of correlation analysis show a negative relationship between ICOR and economic growth. While the result of time series data analysis using variables ICOR, invesment, and real interest rates on economic growth. Viewed from the F test, it together influences economic growth. Judging from the T test that the variable ICOR, investment, and real interest rates have a significant effect on economic growth.
