Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the synchronization of laws and regulations in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is juridical-normative descriptive nature in which the data obtained comes from library studies. The background of the conduct of this research is because often the Government issues more than 1 (one) type of legal regulation governing the same or related matters. The results of this study are that there is no synchronization of laws and regulations in Indonesia, for example between Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment, Presidential Regulation Number 97 of 2014 concerning One-Stop Integrated Services and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 138 of 2017 concerning One-Stop Integrated Services in the area.
