Abstract
Communication between superiors and subordinates needs openness. The openness of communication between superiors and subordinates in a work organization is a process that is shaped to represent the relationship of the elements that cover its sustainability, in order to simplify a logical and systematic thinking. Openness of communication between superiors and subordinates and fellow colleagues always provide intake in the form of enthusiasm and sense of cooperation for each individual and member of the organization. Bosses always provide a good work spirit of trust and reward to their employees with the aim of nothing but to increase the spirit of teamwork for employees while working. In this study the method used by the researcher is an explanatory quantitative method. Data collection techniques used questionnaire questionnaires and selected research sources, namely employees of PT. Adetex. The technique of determining respondents with a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis method in this study uses simple regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study show that the openness of supervisor and subordinate communication at PT. Adetex has a positive effect on employee morale. This proves that the openness of the supervisor and subordinates' communication can make the morale of the employees of PT. Adetex is increasing. The better the supervisor's and subordinate's commun
