Abstract

Foreclosure is a series of investigative actions to take over and / or keep under the motion of movable or immovable objects, tangible or intangible for the sake of proof in investigation, prosecution and judiciary. Objects that may be confiscated include: (1) Objects used as instruments for committing a crime, (2) Objects acquired or the proceeds of a criminal offense, (3) Other items not directly linked to a crime but have good reason for substantiation, (4) Substitute evidence, such as the stolen object is money. The definition of Rupbasan is the storage and management of confiscated and confiscated goods of the state. Not a few problems of the existence of confiscated and confiscated objects of the state into a separate problem for law enforcement officials such as missing and damaged confiscated objects, this can occur because of several factors such as poor maintenance of evidence made by the Rupbasan and also the existence of misuse of evidence has been confiscated as being used for the individual's own behalf or sold by law enforcement officials Keywords : Foreclosure, State Seated Objects, Rupbasan.
