Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction with work productivity among Bank X employees. The sampling technique used in this study is study population. Data collection method using quantitative approach with measuring scale of job satisfaction and work productivity scale. While data analysis is done by product moment analysis using SPSS for 16 windows help program. Based on the results of data analysis obtained correlation coefficient of 0,443; significance (p) of 0,000 (p(0.01) which means there is a very significant relationship between job satisfaction and working for Bank X employees. Job satisfaction variables have empirical mean (RE) equal to 108,43 which have high category, whereas work productivity variable has empirik mean (RE) equal to 71,72 so have high category. Then for effective contribution from variabe job satisfaction and work productivity of 19,6%.
