Abstract
The sale and purchase of land is a preliminary agreement made by the seller and buyer in front of the Notaries and focuses on Boyolali District. This binding is done because of the condition of the Land Sale and Purchase Act that has not been fulfilled such as unpaid land price agreed or has not been issued certificate of land rights traded for sale. For that, the sale and purchase agreement is made for sellers and buyers to fulfill the requirements, rights and obligations so that the land acquisition or agreement can be reached. Furthermore, the act also contains legal consequences for the establishment of a binding agreement for sale and purchase agreements which must be adhered to by the parties in the agreement and executed in good faith. In addition, this act is a Notarial Deed where law enforcement remains, authentic and irrevocable. Then the agreement has many basic principles, including the principle of contractual freedom. In this agreement it analyzes how the basic principle of freedom is set out in the agreement, whereby in the principle of freedom of contract a person is freed to enter into any agreement not with standing the law, independent of the cause, and the terms and rights of obligations there in.
