Abstract
The Village Fund allocation is a government program where each village in the Regency gets an allocation of budgeted funds from the state Budget of Rp. 1,000,000,000 (One Billion Rupiah) each villages. This program has been running since the enactment of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, and began to be implemented in 2015. With the existence of the Village Fund Allocation, it is expected to be more prosperous in the village. However, in reality the Village Fund Allocation is not immune from fraud and abuse from the village apparatus itself. In the case of settlement of criminal acts the Regency Resort Police play a role in the prevention and investigation of abuse of Village Fund Allocation. This research uses empirical juridical research methods and analysis of legal materials in this study using qualitative methods.
