Abstract
The resarch of this study is to test the leadership style and analyze the leadership style on employee performance at PT Bank Jateng Capem Nusukan Surakarta. To test and analyze organizational commitment to employee performance at PT Bank Jateng Capem Nusukan Surakarta. To test and analyze together between leadership style and organizational commitment to employee performance of PT Bank Jateng Capem Surakarta. This study is the population is all employees of PT Bank Jateng Capem Surakarta while the sample of this study was conducted at PT Bank Jateng Capem Surakarta with a sample of 125 employees. Analysis results note that there is influence between leadership styles on employee performance. There is an influence between organizational commitment to employee performance. F test results known that Fcount> Ftable (65,208> 4.00), then Ho is rejected, Means jointly variable leadership style and organizational commitment have an effect on employee performance.
