Abstract

Women in law who commits an criminal act naturally in the process of construction at the correctional facility will be different in men because women are taught in its ability to skills, spirituality, and independence in order to be able and ready to return When it was done in a society undergoing sentenced. Of course in any process that is nothing that inhibits both internal and external. These obstacles must be in by related parties in order to improve enforcement of existing law in correctional institutions. In every stage of the implementation of the correctional facility is certainly experiencing barriers and obstacles which the barriers that need to be avoided, so that the existence of appropriate law enforcement created CFTC contained Act No. 12 Year 1995 about Correctional . These factors concern the factors law enforcement itself, facilities and infrastructure, society and culture. In life indeed cling to religion so that any holding with religion is included in pemidanaan is viewed in terms of the perpekstif of Islamic law who expect a man who has been convicted for self-made soon realized, because given the the existence of the day of vengeance in the afterlife it's necessary.
