Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh faktor pelaksanaan pengawasan melekat terhadap peningkatan efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Ngawi. Perumusan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah pelaksanaan pengawasan melekat oleh Badan Pengawas Daerah mempengaruhi efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Ngawi. Obyek penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Ngawi. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Ngawi yang berjumlah 239 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Model penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian terdiri dari uji instrumen, uji hipotesis, dan uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan pengawasan melekat terbukti berpengaruh terhadap terhadap peningkatan efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Ngawi. Uji Koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,991, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 99,1% variabel penciptaan sistem dan sarana kerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan, pelaksanaan tugas, dan imbalan hukum sebagai indikator pengawasan melekat dapat menjelaskan efektivitas kerja sisanya 0,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel di luar model. The research aim to empiric fact about influence of coherent observation operation by institution the supervisor area about effectively of work on Duty Transportation of Ngawi Regency. Formulation in this research is coherent observation operation by institution the supervisor area could to effect the improvement effectivity of work on Duty Transportation of Ngawi Regency. The researches of object are officer of Duty Transportation of Ngawi Regency. Populations of this research about 239 people. The method of collecting data is unquote. The methodology that is used in the research is quantitative and qualitative. The qualitative research methodology consists of the data description analysis of the research result. Meanwhile quantitative research methodology consists of the analysis instrument classical assumption and multiple linear regression. The result of analysis shows that coherent observation operation by institution the supervisor area could to effect the improvement effectivity of work on Duty Transportation of Ngawi Regency. The result of determinant coefficient shows is R2 is 0,991 or 99,1 % can to explain effect with improvement effectivity of work on Duty Transportation of Ngawi Regency. The residual is 0,9% is influence by outer of model
