Abstract
The aim of the research is to evaluate the factor influence of Human Resource, Management System, Information Technology, Service Price and Corporate Culture to banking services of Surakarta City. The results of F the experiment is done with F and R² test, showns that the model used is good enough, they are the chosen of Human Resource variable, Management System, Information Technology, Service Price, and Corporate Culture are Suitable. Partial or individual regression coefficient test (t test) can be known that Human Resource, Management System, Information Technology, Service Price, and Corporate Culture can be conclude as follows : (a) Human Resource, Information Technology, Service Price variable, have a positive and significant influence to the banking services in Surakarta City; (b) Management System, and Corporate Culture variable haven’t influent to the banking services in Surakarta City. Based on the rate of beta coefficient value can be shown that Human Resource variable influent the most dominant to bank service, than the second rate is information technology variable and the third rate is service price variable.
