Abstract

Autism is a developmental disorder involving cognitive problems, communication and social interaction. The term autism to date is still a lot in the community who do not know well what is meant by people with autism, so often people with autism are considered not have the ability. Objective: The purpose of writing Scientific Writing is to know the management of physiotherapy in cases of autism using Play Exercise, Stimulation and Facilitation in increasing Attention and sensory. Results: After 6 weeks of therapy, the results showed a decrease in the field of social interactions and the sensory auditory experienced an increase that was previously only able to distinguish now been able to associate. Conclusion: Physiotherapy modalities provided under these conditions are able to relieve and activate genetic and natural motor programs, support specific and natural motor and cognitive skills, increase muscle strength, relax muscles, develop balance and coordination, maintain respiratory or respiratory control.
