Abstract

This study aims to describe how the form of a certain time employment agreement for government employees with work agreements (PPPK) in Sragen Regional Government Institutions, describes how the implementation of the work agreement between PPPK and Sragen Regional Government and the problems arising from the work agreement between the regional government with first aid. The approach method used in this study is normative juridical. The frequency of the research used is descriptive by describing as much as possible about a situation subjectively. So that it can solve a problem that will be studied. The results of this study indicate that this agreement refers to the Invitation rules - law Number 5 of 2014 and Law Number 13 of 2003. Which regulates the welfare of workers and the rights of obligations of workers and the rights and obligations and knows the problems that arise in the implementation agreement work.
