Rabiatul Adawiyah. 2018. "Organizational Performance Evaluation of the Raudhatul Athfal Teacher Association in Improving the Professional Head of Wonogiri District Raudhatul Athfal". Thesis. Master of Education Administration Study Program. Graduate School. Muhammadiyah Surakarta university. Advisor I Prof. Dr. Abdul Ngalim, M. Hum, Advisor II Dr. Eko Supriyanto. This study aims to describe and evaluate the performance of the IGRA organization in improving the professional head of the Raudhatul Athfal in Wonogiri Regency. This research is an evaluation research with qualitative approach and descriptive method. The data collected is in the form of numbers describing the results of the evaluation of the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) relating to the analysis of organizational performance. The results showed that the implementation of the RA head professional improvement program was carried out by the IGRA district Wonogiri has been good and has fulfilled the desired needs. Variable context, the aim of the program to improve the professionalism of RA heads has a percentage value of 75% in the good category and has fulfilled the effectiveness criteria. Input variables, indicating that input sources, participants, and infrastructure have a percentage value of 58.33% with less categories, infrastructure facilities occupy very low percentage figures. Variable Process, the use of methods, media, material, and time in the implementation of the RA head professional improvement program found a percentage value of 66.51% in the good category. Product Variable, found a percentage value of 91.66% with a very good category. IGRA district Wonogiri as a professional organization has become a place of coaching, development and good cooperation between RA / BA / PAUD educators by becoming facilitators of each institution so that good communication is established. So that the RA head professional improvement program was carried out by the IGRA organization Wonogiri needs to be continued and improved again to maintain its consistency. There are several things from the results of research that must be corrected by IGRA district Wonogiri includes infrastructure, rearrangement of archives and important documents for future administrative discipline.
