Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of individual characteristics and motivation on employee performance at PT. Batik Danar Hadi Solo. In this study using multiple linear regression method with employee performance as the dependent variable and ability, need, work experience as an independent variable. This study uses primary data obtained from employees of PT. Batik Danar Hadi solo. Based on the results of this study indicate that simultaneously the three variants of ability, needs, work experience have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. While individually the three variables are also positive and significant effects on employee performance.. With the results of these studies, the advice from this research is that employees are expected to be able to improve their abilities, needs and work experience so that they can increase motivation to work better.
