Abstract
Abstract This study aims to marketing mix service of objects that include products, locations, promotions, people, processes, physical evidence customer decision making of Karang Jahe Beach Rembang, Central Java. This research is quantitative. Research sampling method is convinience sampling. The population and samples used in this study were the visitors of Karang Jahe Beach Rembang, Central Java. In this study using the instrument of validity analysis, reliability test, multiple linear regression, F test, coefficient of determination (Adjusted R 2), and t test.The results show that effect positively the marketing mix service to customer dicision making. The result of determination coefficient test of customer decision making can be expressed by product, price, location, promotion, person, process, physical evidance to 74,4%. The results of the t test show positive effect product, and promotion beside that price, location, person, process, physical evidence have no effect on customer decision making at Karang Jahe Beach Beach Rembang, Central Java.
