Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on regional economic growth. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in the Regency or city of Jawa Tegah in 2014-2016. The number of samples taken was 102 regencies and cities. This study uses purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression.The results of this study indicate that dependency and independence affect economic growth while the effectiveness of PAD and the degree of decentralization of BUMD have no effect on economic growth.
