Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of: 1) Teaching Micro Learning Achievement of Interest in Becoming Teachers in Accounting Education Students FKIP UMS class of 2014. 2) Student Family Environment Against Interest in Becoming Teachers in Accounting Education Students FKIP UMS class 2014. 3) Learning Achievement Micro Teaching and the Family Environment Against the Interest of Becoming a Teacher in Accounting Education Students FKIP UMS Batch 2014. This research includes the type of associative quantitative research. The population of this study is the Accounting Education Students FKIP UMS class of 2014 which then 204 students consisting of 12 classes. Samples were taken as many as 131 students with Proportional Random Sampling techniques. Data writing techniques use documentation techniques and questionnaires. The previous questionnaire was tested and tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques that are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2 test, relative and effective contribution. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) Learning Achievement Micro Teaching does not affect the interest in being a teacher, based on partial tests (t test) compared to tcount <t table which is 1.008 <1.984 with a probability value of 0.315> 0.05. 2) The family environment towards the interest of being a teacher, based on partial test (t test) compared to t count> t table which is 7,353> 1,978 with a probability value of 0,000 <0,05. 3) Learning Achievement of Micro Teaching and family environment towards the interest of becoming a teacher, based on simultaneous testing (F test) Seen Fcount> Ftable which is 27.059> 3.07. Overall Micro Teaching Learning Achievement and family environment have an effective influence of 29.7% on the interest in becoming a teacher, the remaining 70.3% compared to other variables not examined in this study.
