Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the corporate social responsibility moderates profitability to firm value on property and real estate companies which are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015 periods. The sample collection technique has been done by using purposive sampling and 39 companies have done as samples, the data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of hypothesis test, it can be conclude that profitability has positive influence to the firm value and corporate social responsibility as the moderating variable can influence the correlation of profitability and firm value.
