Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of village assets based on Permendagri 1 year 2016 as an effort to improve welfare in Joho village. This research was carried out in Joho Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out by conducting interview techniquesand also documentation as an amplifier of interview data. This research method uses literature study techniques and field studies. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that concerning the management of village assets which occurred in 2016 to 2017 that the management of Joho's village which carried out by the head of the village and its staffs has been going well. Though, there are still some obstacles that make the management of village assets in the village Joho has not been implemented optimally. In the management of the Joho village asset, the village government has implemented rules regarding: planning, procurement, usage, utilization, security, maintenance, removal, transfer, administration, reporting, assessment, guidance, supervision and controlling of the Village Assets.
