Abstract
ABSTRACTION One of the priorities of the University to improve itself in managing the system and lecture facilities is the campus building, which is expected to optimize the lecture process. The lecture building is planned in Sukoharjo, the structure of the building is designed using the Medium Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMM) Based on "Requirements for structural concrete for buildings (SNI 03-2847-2013)", while seismic load based method " Procedures for planning earthquake resistance for the structure of buildings and non-buildings (SNI 03-1726-2012). ”Building planning includes planning the roof structure, roof plates, floor plates, stairs, beams, columns and foundations. The forces to dead load, live and earthquake loads are carried out with the help of SAP 2000 v.15 software in the form of 3-dimensional portal structure analysis. classification of land sites is categorized as elementary school (medium land), through puskim.pu.go.id site obtained SDS = 0.599, SD1 = 0.370, SS = 0.749, S1 = 0.314. Material specifications used are (f'c) = 30 MPa, (fy) = 410 MPa, and (fy) = 250 MPa, while the roof frame is used by Bj 41 steel. Floor 100 mm and roof used 120 mm thickness. The beam structure is planned to be 300/600 dimension. As for the planned column with 600/600 dimensions. The bottom structure is planned to use 400 mm diameter pile foundation with a depth of 18m, with dimensions of poer 2200x2200x1000 mm for 5 poles, Sloof is planned to be 250/400 dimension.
