Abstract

Education in Indonesia has so far progressed, but the progress of education in Indonesia is not separated from some deficiencies that need to be improved that is the result of learning mathematics. There are several factors that influence the learning outcomes of mathematics. Some of them are sourced from students that is students' learning interest, sourced from the tool that is learning facilities, and sourced from the teacher that is the condition of school environment. (3) test the contribution of school environment to mathematics learning outcomes, (4) test the contribution of students' learning interest to the learning outcomes of math, learning facilities, and school environment conditions together towards the learning outcomes of mathematics. This type of research is based on quantitative approach. The research population is 251 students of class VII of SMP Negeri 5 Surakarta. The sample of 154 students studied is determined by Slovin formula. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The result of the research, (1) Student interest contribute positively and significantly to mathematics learning result with (α = 5%) equal to 5,65%. (2) The learning facilities also contributed positively and significantly to the mathematics learning outcomes with (α = 5%) of 5.8%. (3) The condition of school environment contribute positively and significantly to mathematics learning result with (α = 5%) equal to 6,18%. (4) Learning interest, learning facilities, and school environment condition together contributed positively and significantly to mathematics learning result with (α = 5%) of 18%.
