Abstract
This study is to determine the development, feasibility and effectiveness of the FENCLA (Fun English Class) application as a learning media to improve the ability of fourth grade students to understand, read, and write simple vocabulary using English. The research method used is the Research and Development (R & D) method using the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques used are tests and non-tests. The analysis technique used is feasibility. Development of the FENCLA application as a fourth grade learning media for English subjects, through the abalysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results of the assessment by media experts are said to be very feasible with an overall average of 90% and the assessment of material experts in the very feasible category with an overall average of 92.78%. Assessment of aspects tested to students get an average of 92.79% which is categorized as very agree. The results of the One Way Anova Kruskal-Wallis Test are obtained by the Asymp Sig of 0.00 <0.05, then is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the use of the FENCLA application as a fourth grade English learning media in SD N 3 is effective against student learning outcomes . The results of the FENCLA application study as a fourth grade English learning media are very feasible to use to improve students' ability to understand English lessons.
