Abstract

The population growth rate in Yogyakarta has increased from year to year. As the population increases, demand for land also increases for various community activities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the distribution of land prices in Gondokusuman Subdistrict and the factors that most influence the price of the land. This study uses a weighted tiered quantitative approach method by doing scoring and using weighting on each parameter. The attribute statistical method is a method used to analyze the most influential factors. Geographical Information Systems play a role in processing and analyzing the parameters of the price of the land. Geographical Information Systems make it very easy in researching the mapping of the price distribution of this land. Data analysis carried out with the Geographic Information System produced a distribution map of the price of land in Gondokusuman District which was divided into 3 classes, namely high, medium, and low. In the low class, the area has an area of 66,2492 ha or 15% of the total area of Gondokusuman Subdistrict, the medium level has an area of 288,7348, ha or 64%, and the price of high-class land has an area of 94,6086 ha or 21% of the area Gondokusuman District. The parameters that influence the price of land in this sub-district are the parameters of positive land accessibility. Keywords: Land Price, Geographic Information System
