Abstract
among health care provider. IPE experience cannot be separated from each activity or implementation. Experiencing an Interprofession can develop and prepare health student to practice in collaborating before engaging in real health services. It means that IPE experience has a pivotal role in enabling important information than can be explored by the researcher to find out specific phenomenon that happen in IPE especially for health student. Objective : to determine experience of health student on IPE process. Type of Research : This research is a qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. Sampling Technique : in this study the population was 448 students. Samples were taken using snow ball technique with 24 samples of participant, consist of 8 medical students, 8 nursing student, 8 pharmacist student. The data collected by Focus Group Discussion (FGD) that divided into 4 groups, each group consist by 6 participant with 2 representatives of same profession. Data Analysis: the data were analysed using thematic analysis. Result : There were 7 themes of student experience in the process of IPE. they are : 1) Time constraints, 2) Lack of knowledge about other profession, 3) Ego each profession , 4) Sharing ideas, 5) IPE fun, 6) Unrealistic patient scenario, 7) Quiz overloading.
