Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: 1) The difference of pedagogical competence of Early Childhood Education teachers in terms ofteachers’ status, 2) The difference of personal competence of Early Childhood Education teachers’ in terms of teachers’ status. The type of research is quantitative descriptive. Total population is 50 Early Childhood Education teachers, the sample is 33 Early Childhood Education teachers and sampling techniques uses proportional random sampling. Collecting data uses questionnaires. Data were analyzed uses one-way ANOVA. Results of the study are 1) There are differencesof pedagogical competence of Early Childhood Education teachers in terms ofteachers’ status. 2) There are no differencesof personal competence of Early Childhood Education teachers in terms ofteachers’ status.
