Abstract
Background: ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperacvity Disorder) noted anatomical brain abnormalities such as frontostriatal areas, tempoparietal lobes, basal ganglia, corpus callosum, cerebellum, thalamus or amygdala in right prefrontal cortex correlated with more difficult to inhibit motor response also mentions that the prefrontal cortex, caudate and cerebellum have a delay in maturation. Method: To know the management of physiotherapy with the Play Therapy method to improve the balance in the case of Attention Deficit Hyperacvity. Result: After 6x therapy with discrimination training evaluation in several times the instructions can be found that the child has improved the results of the child's confidence, the balance starts to improve, the coordination of posture begin to improve, confidence in regulating the balance improved, and maintain the orientation of the body as well improved. Conclusion: Play Therapy can optimize activity and improve on children Attention Deficit Hyperacvity Disorder.
