Abstract
This study aims to find out: (1)stakeholder understanding off bullying behaviour that accurs in fifth grade students at Sedadi state I primary school, (2) The role of class teachers in overcoming bullying behavior in fifth grade students at Sedadi state I primary school (3) Handling techniques from bullying behavior in fifth grade students at Sedadi state I primary school (4) Efforts from class teachers to prevent and overcome bullying behavior in fifth grade students at Sedadi state I primary school. This study was included in a qualitative descriptive study, informants from this study were principals, class V teachers, bullying practitioners and victims of bullying. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observation, documentation and field notes. Data was analyzed actively by reducing data, presenting data, then drawing conclusions from the data that had been obtained. The technique of testing the validity of the data in this study using triangulation. The results showed that (1)the opinion of stakeholder on bullyig behavior has seen well understood but still needs to briefed and more in depth understanding of the class teacher towards parents of students (2) The role of the teacher on bullying in upper class students as a person who guides or gives advice and directs and fosters students so that they can overcome cases or problems that occur in children, especially bullying behavior. (3) the forms of bullying that occurred in fifth grade students at Sedadi state I primary school were verbal bullying and physical bullying and Bullying handling techniques are done by individual approach in children who are victims and perpetrators of bullying then by calling students, asking to tell what happened, giving advice, and giving sanctions or punishment (4) Efforts from class teachers to prevent and overcome bullying behavior, namely by controlling the class, always giving explanations about behavior that is violated and may not be allowed, the existence of moral cultivation in the learning process, and the communication with parents of students for the control of children outside the school environment.
