Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT. Surya Persada Inti Guna, Jakarta.This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this research is 30 employees of PT. Surya Persada Inti Guna, Jakarta using random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. This research uses path analysis.The result of this study shows that the work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has positive and a positive effect on job satisfaction, leadership does not affect job satisfaction, organizational culture does not affect job satisfaction, work environment influences performance, leadership influences performance, organizational culture does not affect performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on the performance. The result of path analysis shows that the direct path of satisfaction has the strongest effect on the Performance shown by having the highest dominant regression coefficient (dominant) of 0.386. So in the analysis of this path, satisfaction should need to get attention in order to improve Employee Performance.
