Abstract

Boyolali "adalah kota dengan kepadatan penduduk 916,69 orang di setiap kilometer pada tahun 2010 hingga 930.531 orang per kilometer, Boyolali memiliki luas 1.015,10 km2. Di Boyolali ada begitu banyak wisata, waduk Bade adalah salah satu dari tempat wisata yang terletak di desa Bade RT.01 / RW 01, Kecamatan Klego,Kabupaten Boyolali, Jawa Tengah, Bade Reservoir memiliki luas sekitar 97,5 hektar. Fungsi utama dari Waduk Bade adalah sebagai penyedia air langsung dan kontrol sumber daya air, yaitu pasokan air hilir, irigasi, pengendalian banjir, dan rekreasi. Pemilihan Waduk Bade sebagai Proyek Akhir karena kurangnya kemajuan dalam pariwisata Waduk Bade, kurangnya fasilitas yang memadai sebagai tempat wisata. Proyek pengembangan ini merupakan patokan untuk mengembangkan Waduk Bade sehingga lebih dikembangkan, meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar, meningkatkan minat pengunjung dan memenuhi standar kualitas tempat wisata. Hasil; Sebagai tempat akomodasi yang dikelola secara profesional dan komersial untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan tuntutan, hubungan dan tren kegiatan bisnis di Boyolali, untuk mengembangkan ekonomi masyarakat setempat dengan secara aktif melibatkan masyarakat, dan sebagai forum yang akan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, pengunjung, dan publik. Metode yang digunakan dengan data sekunder dan data primer. hasil yang diperoleh adalah realisasi zonasi yang tepat, program ruang sesuai dengan pembagian, analisis bangunan yang tepat daerah dan dapat digunakan sebagai wadah wisata air dan tanah yang baik untuk lingkungan alam dan buatan. In Boyolali there are so many tours, the Bade reservoir is one of the tourist attractions located in the village Bade RT.01 / RW 01, Klego Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency, Central Java, Bade Reservoir has an area of around 97.5 hectares.The main function of Bade Reservoir is as a direct water provider and control of water resources, namely downstream water supply, irrigation, flood control and recreation The selection of the Bade Reservoir as a Final Project due to lack of progress in tourism in Bade Reservoir, lack of adequate facilities as tourist attractions, this development project is a benchmark for developing the Bade Reservoir so that it is more developed, improves the economy of surrounding communities, increases visitor interest and meet the quality standards of tourist attractions Results: As a place of professionally managed accommodation d and commercial needs to meet the demands, relationships and trends of business activities in Boyolali, to develop the economy of the local community by actively involving the community, and as a forum that will meet the needs of users, visitors and the public. The method used with secondary data and primary data. the results obtained are the realization of appropriate zoning, space programs in accordance with the distribution, analysis of buildings that are right in the area and can be used as tourism containers for water and land that are good for the natural and artificial environment.
