Abstract
This research is titled “Analysis of Influence of Inflation, Gross Regional Domestic Product, and Labor to Domestic Investment in Central Java Year 1999-2016. The aims is to analyze the the influence of inflation, gross regional domestic product, and labor to domestic investment in Central Java. The dependent variable is the domestic investment, while the independent variable includes inflation, gross regional domestic product, and labor. The data used in this research is time series data which obtained from Central Bureau of Statistics of Central Java and Bank Indonesia. The method to estimate the impact of these variables was muiltiple regression using Partial Adjudication Model method (PAM). The results of the analysis are : (1) The results of the calculation of the data normality test with the Jarque Bera model are normalitydistributed (2) Linearity test results with the Ramsey Reset model indicate 2 that the model is linear (3) The result of the classical assumption test show that there is no problem of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation (4) The results of the t test can be seen that the variable gross regional domestic product is significant to domestic investment while the inflation and labor variables do not have a significant effect on domestic investment (5 ) The F test results show that the model used exists (6) R² obtainined a value of 59.171% which means that 59.1871% of the variation in domestic investment can be explained by the variables of inflation, gross regional domestic product, and labor. While the remaining 40.8129% is explained by other independent variables that are not included in the model.
