Abstract

E-ticket system or electronic ticketing has been tested in several major cities as well as in the city of Surakarta. "This electronic ticket, commonly called E-Ticket, is a digitization of the ticketing process, by utilizing technology, it is expected that the whole ticketing process will be more efficient and effective and can also help the police in management. This study aims to gain knowledge about the basic ticketing regulations via CCTV that are synchronized with the Traffic Law. To get information about the urgency of e-ticket now. To obtain information regarding e-ticket regulations in the Criminal Law framework. The research method uses the method of juridical approach, type of descriptive research, type of data using primary legal materials and secondary legal materials, data collection methods used through literature studies and legal materials, using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the basis of e-ticketing regulations through CCTV has been clearly regulated in the Law as well as Article 272 of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. The current e-ticketing urgency can be seen in terms of benefits. namely Transparency, Empowerment, Responsiveness (Responsiveness), and Justice (Equity). The e-ticket regulation in the framework of the Criminal Law is more focused on criminal liability and in the practice of the application of the Article in Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation.
